A results-driven and strategic business professional, Georges brings over 20 years of business management, team leadership, sports and hospitality experience to the role. In 2004, he set up a successful sports business that give him first-hand knowledge and expertise in e-commerce, customer service, negotiation, operations management and supply-chain fundamentals. This, coupled with a long career with Emirates Airlines as an Onboard Manager and Service Leadership Trainer, allowed him to develop his passion for designing and delivering unique learning initiatives.
Georges studied Superior Mathematics at the Lebanese University, and went on to get various certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming and as a Certified Training Manager. He truly enjoys his work on team-building initiatives and customer-focused behavior training programs. Georges resides in Dubai, and has dedicated his free time to volunteering, serving as a Family Assistance Representative, Critical Incident Stress Management officer, and Health and Safety officer for various non-profit organizations. He is fluent in English, Arabic and French.
