CCM Consultancy offers integrated end-to-end solutions focusing on culture transformation in organizations, and capability building through people. Upskilling individuals and enhancing organizations, while ensuring a return on investment, have been our main drivers, and has earned us the privilege of supporting clients considered to be leaders in their industry.

For the last 30 years, we have been privileged to assist clients across the globe through effective gamified culture transformation initiatives, highly engaging in-person, virtual and e-learning programs in sales enablement, leadership and people development, assessment centers and executive coaching. We have also represented the world’s top organizational development school, Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University, by bringing their Leadership Deep Dive program to the MENA region.

Our dedicated team of consultants and support staff deploy high-level concepts and have the competence to utilize inspiration as a catalyst to overcome resistance to change, to facilitate the transformation process and to shape the organizational culture.
