Merieme Lakhdar

With 12 years in London at prestigious media organizations such as CNN, Universal, Viasat, and Cartoon Network, Merieme had the opportunity to sharpen her skills in impactful medial training and designing transformative programs. She then made the decision to transition from the media world to mindfulness and non-violent communication (NVC), becoming a Certified Mindfulness Practitioner and a NVC Trainer who is passionate about fostering emotional intelligence and compassionate communication in organizations. She has delivered programs across Middle East and Africa, and has been a guest speaker at University Hassan II and University Mohammed V, delivering talks about team cohesion and leadership capability.

Merieme holds a Masters in Communication (Staffordshire University, UK) and a Bachelors in Media and French Literature (Brighton University, UK). She currently resides in Morocco and is fluent in English, French and Arabic
