Katia Philip

With a Bachelor of Arts in Languages from Ain Shams University, and an HR Management Diploma from Leicester University, Katia bring 20 years of corporate experience, in the fields of HR, training and Development, and talent management – having worked for reputed multi-nationals such as PwC, Dow Chemicals and Averda.  

Being driven by people development, she sought out her Professional Coaching Certification from CTI, with ACC accreditation from the International Coaching Federation.

She currently facilitates various leadership and behavioral skills sessions for both the public and private sector, skillfully embedding coaching tools and experiential learning.  

Katia is able to deliver riveting sessions and coaching conversations in both English and Arabic.
