Athena Lam

A lawyer by education and profession, Athena brings a unique set of skills and experience to the consulting space.  She spent just over 10 years as a lawyer and legal advisor to one of Australia’s largest global food services companies, an Australian franchise startup with more than 50 restaurants and a Top 100 ASX listed energy firm.  She has executed state government contracts, and managed multiple stakeholders, earning her the highest individual award for exceptional performance.

Athena completed her Master of Business Administration (IESE Business School, 2022) and her Bachelor of Law and Commerce (Monash University, 2010).  She has always kept her entrepreneurial and business spirits at the forefront of her work, having co-led the 2022 IESE Diversity and Inclusion Annual Conference, featured as a Toastmasters Speaker and was a TEDx Speaker at the 2021 IESE TEDx Barcelona.  As a consultant with CCM Consultancy, she oversees multi-industry client relationships, while also supporting the design team with complex learning and culture transformation solutions that deliver results.
