Toleen Badawi

Having spent 12 years working as a Marketing and Brand Manager in Canada, Toleen realized her passion lay in working with people and organizations to enhance productivity, structure career growth and deploy effective development plans.  She moved to Dubai to pursue that passion and focused on developing talent and human resources strategy, and had been fortunate to work with government entities, semi-government institution and private enterprise.  Toleen is an Adjunct Lecturer at the Department of Psychology at Middlesex University, where she has taught Coaching Psychology, Applied Psychometrics and Psychology of Education.  She is currently a Doctoral Candidate in Business Administration (Swiss School of Management), has completed her Masters of Organizational Psychology (Northumbria University, UK) and has a Bachelor of Commerce (Concordia University, Canada).

Toleen is a Professional Certified Coach (ICC), having completed more than 900 hours (500 of which are with Directors, C-Suite Executives and Deputy Ministers), is a Certified Executive Master Coach (Australia) and received her certification in the Psychology of Leadership (USA).  She is a Canadian national, residing in Dubai and speaks English, Arabic and Italian.
