With a Masters and Doctorate in Business Administration, Peter has acquired a solid theoretical foundation before turning it into real-world application.

Over the last 20 years, he has served in various senior management positions in Sales and Marketing, for Fortune 500 companies.

This helped shape the next phase of his career path, where he found his passion for enhancing organization leadership, management and team effectiveness, as well as personal capabilities.

His focus is on Sales and Sales Management, Leadership Development, Team Coaching and Executive Coaching.

Peter is a senior facilitator, certified Business School lecturer and coach, and current lives in Shanghai, China. In his spare time, Peter enjoys traditional Chinese calligraphy and the arts.
