Nick Richardson

With over 25 years of business experience, working with global and corporate headquarter roles for NYSE 250 and FTSE 10o, as well as locally based companies, Nick brings his passion with him wherever he goes. He holds a MA in Organizational Development and Learning, a BSc. (Hons.) in Civil Engineering, and is certified in MBTI and Hogan. Nick’s global approach to change management and capability building helps organizations foster innovation, creativity and leadership, while growing their high potential talent.

Prior to setting up his practice, Nick served as General Manager Middle East Region for Center for Creative Leadership, where he’d grown revenues year over year, and delivered substantial business improvement projects. He was awarded the Global HR Leadership Award for the consulting, design & implementation of the India Talent Management Strategy for Global Industrial Technology Organization. Prior to that, he was Director Global Organization & Leadership Development at TE Connectivity (in Philadelphia, USA and Swindon, UK, overseeing 1500 employees. Nick currently splits his time between the UK and Dubai.
