A seasoned sales and leadership facilitator, Max has spent the last decade working with commercial (and leadership) teams across Europe, Middle East and Africa.  With more than 1000 training days and 400 coaching hours delivered, he dedicates himself making a profound impact on organizational and individual growth.  He has worked on projects for multinational companies such as Apple, Carrefour, CNH, Hertz, Maersk and Oclutech, delivering programs focused on sales excellence, leadership development, negotiation skills and enhanced customer experiences. 

Prior to becoming a facilitator, Max held operational and sales roles in the automotive and tech sectors, giving him first-hand insights into real-world challenges faced by salespeople and leaders alike.  His approach to leadership frameworks and sales effectiveness, through an engaging, energetic and well-grounded approach, provide clarity and a sense of concrete in-field application.  While Max works internationally, he resides in the French Riviera, and speaks French, English and Spanish.
