Marwa Soliman

Marwa is an experienced learning and talent development professional who has spent more than 20 years in regional and multinational organizations within the FMCG, Engineering, Start-Up and Consulting industries (across the Middle East, Turkey, North Africa and the GCC). She has a proven track record of driving organizational growth through strategic talent management and learning initiatives, using her leadership and coaching skills to help effect change. Marwa holds an MBA in Corporate Social Responsibility (University of Nottingham, UK), a Masters of Science in Human Resource Development (University of Manchester, UK) and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Mass Communication (American University in Cairo, Egypt). She is all an Associate Certified Coach (International Coaching Federation, a Global Competence Practitioner and certified in MBTI (Steps I and II).

Having spent so many years within the corporate space, she now focuses her efforts on helping organizations through leadership coaching, talent consulting, high performance team development and various assessment centers. Marwa is an Egyptian national, residing in Dubai and speaks English and Arabic.
