Georgina is a Corporate and Executive Coach (Executive Master in Consulting and Coaching for Change, INSEAD) a Psychologist and Psychotherapist (MSc) with 22 years of experience in organizational and leadership development. Her focus has been on Leadership, Group Dynamics, Cultural Change, Conflict, Communication, Sales and Career Development. She has worked with many international clients in the fields of Insurance, Healthcare and Marine Energy. Georgina has also coached and advised numerous family businesses, and is certified in Hogan Personality Assessments, Myers Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) , DISC and Strong Interest Inventory.

Georgina often applies a clinical perspective in her coaching, training and advising practice. She looks for ways to manage cultural integration and alignment after mergers and acquisitions, resolve destructive conflict and lead behavioral, organizational and cultural change.
