Wasseem Abaza

Having dedicated most of his professional years to helping organizations spearhead strategic initiatives and apply the fundamentals of appreciative inquiry, entrepreneurship and innovation, Wasseem brings a balance of academic knowledge and practical, business-world application to his work.  He is dedicated to helping individuals learn as they continue to grow within their companies.  He has consulted on strategy, innovation and positive organizational development for organizations such as Dubai Police, Dubai Executive Office, Emirates Foundation, Al Ahli Holding Group and Department of Culture and Tourism Abu Dhabi. 

Wasseem holds a PhD in Strategy and Sustainability (Case Western Reserve University, 2014), a Master in Business Administration (University of Toledo, 2007), a Master in Political Science (University of Toledo, 2007) and a Bachelors in Communication Studies and Political Science (University of Michigan, 2004). In 2019, Wasseem was voted one of the Top 100 Leaders in Education by the Global Forum for Education and Learning and in 2020, became a Fellow of the higher Education Academy in the UK. He currently resides in Dubai and speaks English and Arabic.
