Driven by a passion for assisting others, Yoshitaka has been using his people skills in customer service roles immediately after college. His work as a Performance Development Specialist allows him to engage participants by providing mentoring sessions, analyzing and evaluating their development needs, before and after interventions.
Yoshitaka has a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology, focused on the development of HR Payroll Systemization and Performance and People Development Software. After 7 years in customer service, he moved to Dubai to join Rotana Hotel Management Corporation PJSC, eventually heading up their learning and development activities for a property with 240 employees, focusing on developing staff and promoting the desired culture for the company. He spends his free time jogging, volunteering in animal shelters and scuba diving.
