Kate Hellewell-Sykes

A CIPD HR Masters qualified HR leader, Kate brings her strong operational and strategic experience to client engagements. She has spent a good part of her professional career in HR leadership, coaching, and people management positions within several industries – warehousing & distribution, premium/luxury fashion and beauty retail, supply chain, and premium/luxury brand automotive.  Over the years, she has overseen a number of teams spanning all aspects of HR and People functions, giving her distinct insight into the requirements to succeed in business.

Kate holds a Master of Arts in Personnel Management and Development (University of Central Lancashire, 2010), a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Quality Management (University of Salford, 2003), and has completed her ILM Level 7 Executive Coaching Diploma (British School of Coaching, 2020).  For the last 5 years, she has focused on helping managers and senior leaders achieve their goals and aspirations through facilitated programs and 1:1 coaching.
