Gaj Ravichandra

As a Registered Psychologist, Gaj has worked with organizations to formulate and deliver solutions that enhance talent management initiatives. Over the last 20 years, he has supported organizations across multiple industries and cultures to identify, select, develop and retain top talent. 

As a Peak Performance coach, Gaj also assists individuals, corporations, sporting teams and educational institutions to enhance and maximize their potential and performance.

He has managed projects across the MENA region and assisted organizations across the UK, Europe, Asia and Australia. Gaj has created behavioral and technical competency frameworks for sovereign wealth organizations, designed and delivered leadership programs and assisted with career transition services for hundreds of employees, from graduate through to CEO-level.

He currently spends his time between Australia and the UAE.
