Having graduated with a Master of Arts from Osmania University, India in 1996, Deen spent 13 years in senior leadership and management roles within the luxury hospitality sector. He’s worked Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, Le Meridien Hotels & Resorts, Oberoi Hotels & Resorts, Taj Hotels & Resorts.
Deen then decided to focus his efforts on working with people within organizations. He went on to become a certified Neuro Linguistic Practitioner (NLP) and a certified Social Emotional Intelligence Coach.
For more than 10 years, Deen has been facilitating team building, employee & customer engagement activities for client teams from varied levels, nationalities and industries, and across the globe. He’s conducted sessions across the MENA region, USA, Europe, Asia Pacific and the Indian sub-continent. He currently resides between Dubai and India.
