Cristina Guida La Licata

Cristina has a passion for marketing and communication, and had spent nearly two decades in the luxury and premium industry, having worked with brands like Ferrari, Lotus, Abarth, Alfa Romeo, Fiat, and Jeep. Her experience in leading global marketing and communicating initiatives, helped her find her passion for working with high performing teams in order to help them drive success through people and enhance their strategic planning. 

Cristina is a Certified HR Business Partner and Emotional Intelligence practitioner, with a distinct focus on leadership, effective communication and cultural transformation. She holds a Masters in Chinese Management (University of Turin, Italy) and a Bachelors in Oriental Language Studies in Chinese (University Ca’ Foscari Venice, Italy).

She has authored two books – “On a Journey – Within me, Within you”, a narrative that encourages self-discovery and resilience and “La farfalla dalle ali d’acciaio (the butterfly of steel)”, an inspirational book in fostering personal development. Cristina is fluent in English and Italian, with an intermediate level in Chinese and currently resides in Dubai.
